Refunds and Ticket Transfers

Due to the extremely limited space, tickets are non-refundable; however, but tickets may be transferred to a friend or team/ family member if a patron is unable to attend. Please reach out to us at info@scalemfevent.com and we will help you solve the situation in the best possible way. In rare circumstances that tickets can’t be transferred, a ticket holder may choose to receive 50% credit to the next available SCALE event.
