Chris Collins has invested in and co-owned over 2,500 apartment units across 6 different states, in deals valued more than $275M. But it wasn’t always that way. Chris started in the Hollywood entertainment industry as a TV Editor. Once he decided that his high salary wasn’t going to be enough, he decided to set up long term wealth and passive income in order to spend more time with his friends and family. Now, he helps others do the same in a process called syndication with his company Amity Cash Flow.
