Kate Kauffman has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for 30 years in the Boulder/Denver area. Starting in small locally owned restaurants in Boulder, moving through all front of house positions over her years in the industry. In 2016 she paired with long-time, established Rino Arts District developer Ken Wolf on a new project: The Denver Central Market. From buildout through 6 years of operations, Kate has guided DCM to being recognized as one of the top food halls in the country. For the last 3 years, Kate has been the owner and sole proprietor of her hospitality consulting business, centering on mixed use and adaptive reuse developments which includes food halls and single owner restaurants.
